Hi, welcome to Up With The Lark where we sell all sorts of crafty goodness! Lark is the combined efforts of friends Larissa and Karen who since the arrival of their little ones have been spending every available hour knitting, crocheting and sewing the wonderful things you see here.  
     
 
Larissa lives in the North of England with her husband and daughter, Brynn. She has a degree in Illustration from the Norwich School of Art & Design and works with a multitude of media ranging from; Crocheting, textiles, handmade greetings cards, watercolours to digital imaging and photography. She offers both ready made and bespoke services. Basically.. you want it made and she will make it (within reason!!).
Since having her daughter in May 2006, Larissa's work developed to centre around all things ‘baby’ when she realised that she could make a lot of the things sheI wanted her daughter to have and her business grew from there. Karen (otherwise know as Kala) who also has an illustration degree from Norwich School of Art & Design, now lives in Cambridge with her partner and 2 little ones. Karen's artwork and cards can be seen in her other etsy shop Kala.etsy.com as well as her UK site Chalk Hill Studio but she also makes knitted and crocheted bags, fluffy animals and jewellery and occasionally gets the sewing machine out if she is feeling adventurous!
